      Culture, openess, respect, fairness, opportunities, work life balance, leadership, partnership, flexibility, diversity, risk taking, entrepreneurialship and many other qualities makes Dell a great place to work in my Country.

      Cons

      Complex structure, centralized senior management, struggle to prioritize and make things happen in the best order, etnocentric for the United States, challenging market and industry, short term planning are some of the points to consider.
