      - Great work-life balance - Great people to work with

      Cons

      If you are working for consumer department, I don´t recommend working in São Paulo. Everything happens in Porto Alegre and all the opportunities are there. In São Paulo, you will work 95% your time from home but rest of the team in Porto Alegre will not. There are good opportunities in São Paulo with large enterprises thought.

      Pros

      Work life balance has very good. There are some employees working from home and I know they've been loving it. Pay is good and the work is generally interesting.

      Cons

      There is an annual bonus, but it's very limited, the company is very bureaucratic and, here in Brazil, getting a promotion is very difficult.
