Pros
Contact with different clients, many companies and several business situations, performing different tasks and also having opportunities to work prospecting clients, regardless the job position.
Cons
Perform random tasks when not allocated to a client. Many tasks which, actually, do not require any specialty, i.e., repetitive tasks such as preparing letters, photocopying, scanning, etc. Some times the overtimes are not taken in account. Some projects are conduced by workers not skillful enough, ie,, a junior performing a senior job.
