This is a Non routine, great travel opportunities, friendly environment ,flexible schedule. Able to utilize my language skills.

Cons

The schedules include long work days-early hours. There can be some danger when traveling in certain countrie or cities.

close community of employees who genuinely strive to keep relationships one of the most sacredly held commitments

Cons

It is the airline industry and very much treated as a commodity. We have not figured out a way to stand out from the crowd and differentiate the company from others. The work/life balance is not good the further up the management chain one travels and the compensation and satisfaction of a job well done is not comensatory with the hours.
