      Good repute in the industry. Excellent training workshops. Working on big multidisciplinary projects. Exposure to good PM and governance techniques.

      Cons

      Lack of compensation on site deployment and no incentive to work on project sites. Little to no prospects of job rotation for graduate engineers.
