      my experience at descon was very good.it's very professional and leading group.

      first of all it has very huge setup. it's a very good place to start your carrier. Working atmosphere is very peaceful and constructive. It not only provides success opportunities to their old workers but also to freshmen.

      Cons

      no doubt it's very good place to work. But in my opinion they do not pay much to their employees.
