It is very good organizations as it gives lots of experiences in short time and the senior works as a team with their juniors for solving any hurdle with easiness which is better for new job seekers.

Cons

There must be a team who will be keeping eye on hard workers and from every sectors and notifying them to the senior management for recommending htme for prizing them with review in salary which will help others to do better job.
