Great management, promote professional values and work ethics.

Cons

Sometimes heads of BUs serve post retirement and earn bonus salaries therefore they are not concerned for well being of the company. I don't agree that management is not aware of it. Maybe management sometimes post incompetent heads to get bad decisions implemented through them..
