1. The biggest advantage I got in this company is that our engineer was very good and the first class electrical technician was also very good. 2. Just keep one thing in mind. They are SOPs of the company.

Cons

1.Workers and then electrical technicians are facing a huge problem of accommodation. 2.And there is no work problem for anyone who cannot work as an electrical technician. 3۔It was recommended to eat at the mess. Which was inappropriate for me.
