I would have given this company zero stars but that is not an option. They went remote during the pandemic.

Cons

• They did not know how to manage going remote, and it was a disaster. • There were always changes happening in the leadership and organization... red flag... can keep blaming growing pains and start looking at leadership. • Massive boys club in the top tier leadership. • If you do not believe and do as the leadership says, then you are a bad employee. They will fire you for having a mind of your own. • No growth opportunities.
