Tons of experience upward managing to leadership that doesn’t care to listen! Looking for a challenge? Your job will change every 3-4 months here to keep you on your toes! Only semi-occasional sexual harassment from leadership happens here. You won’t have to worry your pretty little self thinking about how to grow a business because all the thinking is done for you! You’ll have a chance to make new friends constantly because the turnover rate is well over 50% YoY! You’ll get to hear about all the great things you should be doing to lead and grow. Even better? You get to see up close and personal what NOT to do every day!

-leadership team really sucks and consistently gets in the way of trying to get anything done cause they’ll inevitably want to just do it themself. They don’t know how to lead a team. - everyone outside the c-suite are HIGHLY underpaid, and if you’re a women looking to succeed, good luck getting a fair wage, promotion, or any respect from leadership. It’s a dotcom bro atmosphere to the max. - good luck trying to figure out your job when hired. It’ll change every few weeks and no one will pay you more for doing a good job -HR manager left and now HR is externally managed… which is always a great sign 🙄
