Pros

Great Benefits and Paid time off. I also have met some great people there. Co-workers it what made me want to go to work everyday.

Cons

Company doesn't pay off skill set, you only make decent pay after you work there forever. I was making quite a bit less than my employees although was expected to do the same work. Also the gossip and drama that goes on in the company is a but much.

Pros

work-life balance is decent. campus is ok

Cons

not a merit based culture. promotions are based on a number of advocates. passive - aggressive style making it very difficult to make progress and collaborate openly many unmotivated "dinosaurs" that just want to coast along. no energy, no drive satisfaction survey is conducted annually, but results are not really acted upon

Pros

BENEFITS are outstanding for an entry level position. Days off around holidays are great, most projects are done before holidays so PTO can be taken

Cons

Not very connected to upper level management, would like more communication and feedback compared to other companies. Salary a little lower than other opportunities.
