      Good place to work, but career advancement is limited

      Pros

      - great time off (25 days to use as sick/personal/vacation) - great culture and people can be great as well - work at home abilities (depending on role)

      Cons

      - after a certain point career growth is severly limited - no official career growth tracks/programs - can be very bureaucratic/ political - top talent often leaves

      Very flexible but just a college job... team leaders just get 45k about and that's about as high as you can go...

      Flexible, great vacation time and paid hollidays, decent pay for a college job, easy if you want to make just base pay...

      Cons

      limited potential to move up in the company because the economy and downsizing, we laid off several Department Managers... constant decrease in bonuses or INCENTIVE structure that should lead to more motivation but the budget keeps dropping
