For me, DocPlanner is one the best placed to work at. The processes and goals are clear, the team is super professional and friendly, projects are interesting and challenging in a good way, etc. A major part of team has joined the company 5+ years ago which for me also signals that people enjoy working here and have opportunities to grow and learn.

Cons

Nothing so far. The company is quite big & is on the market for a long time, so you will need to dive into a lot of complex processes and understand the logics behind it all, but I wouldn't say that that's a negative aspect :) Vice versa, it's quite interesting and you can learn a lot from that.
