      - They make the process very transparent to you, constantly sharing feedback and keeping you updated with times and steps. - They ask technical questions in a manner that you don't feel so stressed about - They value people's values and soft skills

      Cons

      - They keep the interview process a bit long but that is because they worry about who joins their team, they value what they got. - The technical assessment is a bit longer than usual, but they are fine if you don't complete it and value your results based on that.
