- Directors are very open, flexible, give you a lot of autonomy and are transparent about all the decisions; - Data-driven company: in the product area, this is super important and the level of PMs and Directors make it easier because everybody wants to see data to make decisions; - Really good balance between work and personal life; - International company: every day you are talking with someone from a different country (Spain, Poland, Brazil, Mexico, Italy...); - Great people and friendly atmosphere; - We are growing fast, but I feel teams are very organized.
