Pros
DocPlanner is a great place where you are surrounded by fantastic, great people who challenge you professionally and with whom you can really make good friends at the same time. The company is big, international, you often work in mixed teams and there are always opportunities to meet your colleagues in a foreign office. Nonetheless DocPlanner still preserves this start-upy vibe and laid-back atmosphere at the office (both interior, working hours and activities like parties). To sum up, a great place where you can learn new things and not be limitied by your team leaders.
Cons
I have not experienced any big cons yet. Maybe pace of changes is sometimes too fast and can lead to disorganization but it happen to a managable extent.
