      Pros

      The software development teams are organized in autonomous teams that work like a small startups each - with full freedom and responsability for their actions. This releases the creativity and makes everyobody participate in 200%, which makes working here a truly unique experience. Also, the management's transparency of whatever is happening in the company is remarkable.

      Cons

      The product is developed in two differenent countries in parallel, which adds a big communication overhead. Also, there's no clear politics for salary increases, which makes it pretty unpredictable.

      The biggest pros of Docplanner are people. They are always willing to help, they are specialists in their fields and love to share their knowledge. I like te feedback culture, openness and transparency. For me, it's a place to grow.
