Working at Doctoralia is feeling part of the company internally and externally! Amazing work environment, even at home office. I have learned a lot and improved as a professional! Also, thinking as a team, our opinion counts and we are treated with great respect, regardless of who we are and the position we occupy!

Cons

I would like to suggest a standardization in the career plans of the sectors with objective criteria (Human Resources). I changed sectors and noticed this difference from one sector to another
