Pros
The team is awesome and their knowledge is stunning. You can learn a lot from their areas. Besides the work-life balance is great
Cons
The goals. It has a growth goal almost impossible to reach and everybody has their own numeric goals to reach making it a high pressure environment. If your salary is high prepare to deliver miracles, otherwise you would be fired and discarded like a tool. The exit process was very violent and inhuman. I wasn’t able to even say goodbye to my colleagues, at the end of the call my slack was cut off and my windows user was erased. Also the local management is terrible. No second chances, no negotiation of a lower salary, and of course 0 help to redirect the situation.
