      Pros

      You get to work with some really smart, friendly and helpful people. You will learn a lot on this job, it's great if you love the challenge. Teamwork and collaboration have been really good. Self development is highly encouraged; the company wants the best talent and wants to keep the best talent. We have challenging problems to solve as well as time to learn. One of Google's largest partners.

      Cons

      It's still a relatively small company, growing fast. It's hard to find good people, so we cannot grow as fast as we need to. Also being a small company, there are some things you just need to figure out for yourself. There are no guard rails; not a bad thing, just be aware.

      Pros

      DoiT International is a generous, people-focused company. I feel valued, respected, and supported. They hire mature, experienced people who naturally support others - customers, employees, and the community. The benefits are commensurate and generous. The remote-first policy allows each of us to pick where in the world we want to live and work as if core to the fabric of the organization.

      Cons

      With any fully-remote work environment you need to have your own social structures and networks for physical contact with others.
