Our value proposition is the biggest driver that we're working hard each and every day without realizing we're working hard. We get to work with some inspiring customers and whenever we approach customers it's truly amazing to see customers face when we explain about our business model and that it won't cost them anything. DoiT is definitely the place to be in the cloud industry!
Cons
We're a small company with a lot of stuff to do, so sometimes it's hard to not work long hours (management NEVER expects this of us) but when you love what you're doing - is it really working? Processes are not yet in place but we're getting there, and the executive who have been hired are implementing great processes to streamline some of the more troublesome tasks.
