Pros
* The engineers working here are really top-notch. You will find employees with a strong background in both ops and software. * The cloud is a place where every day can bring something new and exciting. * A chance to get exposed to many companies, their architecture, and making a global impact. * You will not get bored here. Every day is a chance to learn something new. * Management is transparent and great in general. * Good amount of autonomy & independence. This is a pro for me but could be a con for others. * Besides assisting customers, Cloud architects are also part of writing tools and open-source code - for me it's a huge plus and one of the main reasons I joined. * Good remote culture.
Cons
* Things can get a bit stressful at times. It's not too often - but as DoiT scales really fast - so does our work and responsibilities.
