Pros

All employees are invested in making our product, services, and company better, they all care and really wants us to succeed. Employees take part in hiring processes and do it gladly and in a professional way. Lots of tech-savvy people working here that I can learn from. Working from home has given me the freedom to manage my time and working hours while keeping a work-life balance. It's not a micromanagement environment and my manager pushing me to explore new fields in my work spec that I haven't done before so I could develop myself and become much more professional. The last thing is the onboarding experience - I was contacted by the HR generalist 1-2 days after I signed and she provided me all the information I needed, and I connected to internal group chats right away for a soft landing, and that made me feel cared while I was concerned from joining to a remote company without meeting anyone face-2-face.

Cons

don't have any concern to share.

Pros

- Great culture - Great opportunity to learn and grow your skills - Great talent/team members to learn and grow from - Freedom to decide how to allocate your focus and area of growth, as long as it is aligns with the greater company's needs (which are broad enough to provide many options) - Freedom and flexibility to manage your time and schedule to a large degree. - For anyone who is driven by constant learning and keeping pace with the latest Cloud and ML topics, can't think of a better role Note: - The Customer Reliability Engineer role is not like a typical role you would have in a product company. You should expect to context switch a lot, deal with a wide variety of issues customers face, and adopt to solve the customer's issues.

Cons

No specific cons I can think of. Just know it is a fast growing startup, as such you need to understand you will be expected to adopt and be flexible to changes.

Pros

- Flat structure with a heavy bias on getting the job done - Everyone has a can-do and open mind attitude - An incredibly agile and dynamic business driven by the best people in the industry - Fast-growing company with lots of opportunity for driven and motivated people who are accountable and looking to take ownership - Everyone cares about the health and wellbeing of each other - Fantastic relationships with cloud vendors Google and Amazon - Competitive compensation and benefits

Cons

Due to the rate of growth, there can be a lot of hours however I have never been more motivated so it's more trying to balance work and family commitments
