      Pros

      Work life balance, experienced teammates ready to help, good compensation and benefits, unlimited vacation/sick days, fast growing company.

      Cons

      So far no cons. I think it would be very difficult to find faults in the company. I'm sure you will find some if you look hard enough. But for me, I'm happy.

      Awesome place to be - Great Teams & Amazing Growth

      Pros

      The company is growing fast and continues to hire exceptional people across the business with the talent and desire to build something amazing. Massively successful and making big investments in the Cloud Management Platform with the addition of a lot more Engineers and Product Management. Leadership team is approachable and focused on scaling - They want to do this the right way. Company has transitioned to fully remote with no plans to go back to the old way of doing things - it just makes more sense give how globally distributed we are. Gave everyone $1,000 to help jazz up our home office space which was really nice.

      Cons

      Nothing really - The company needs to take more steps to document things but just launched an internal Wiki which should help.
