      You're surrounded by the most knowledgeable of colleagues in the cloud space - Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services and Azure. You're expected to know what needs to be done and have complete control over your career development.

      Honestly, there are no cons working for DoiT International. Your career is what you make of it. Put in the effort and you will be happy here working with us.

      Amazing cloud engineering company

      Pros

      Very strong and experienced engineering and sales teams. Helping customers to migrate to public clouds AWS/Google/Azure. If you like to learn new technologies - a place to be. Be curious, fast-learning and staying hands-on are essential skills to work at this company. The company supports engineers in getting different certifications, participating in conferences/meetups, publishing blogs, and contributing to open-source projects.

      Cons

      Context-switching: need to handle multiple interruptions, constantly learn new technologies, and remain hands-on. Proper time management is critical!

      Great people, great business model!

      Pros

      - smart, friendly, international team - founders are hands-on - some genuinely interesting customers - flexible working conditions - generous remuneration and benefits - plenty of time for personal projects, self-study and (tech-)community involvement - perfect job to do from home, especially during COVID-19

      Cons

      Still managed like a smaller startup. While the lack of formal processes is mostly a good thing, it can sometimes be challenging to find out who is who and who does (and knows) what, especially as the company is growing and expanding to more locations around the world.
