      What a great place to work for!

      Pros

      DoiT is a playground for AWS and Google Cloud services, I have never in my life learned so much in such short time, working with amazing people that are experts in all kinds of cloud specialization from basic infrastructure through data engineering and up to machine learning. I also love helping people and companies solve their problems.

      Cons

      It's a relatively small company (that is growing rapidly) and that comes with pros and cons

      Pros

      I had a great time working for Doit, During that time my professional skills went a few levels up and to summarize the pros: 1. Nice people and atmosphere 2. Highly skilled colleagues that will happy to share knowledge 3. A place for innovation and new skills 4. High trust in each employee, no micromanagement.

      Cons

      It's a pro for some people and a con for others - you have to study and read about products and new technologies yourself - there is guidance, but the self-study is a major part of this job.

      I could not agree more! We need to plan more offsite retreats with engineers joining from all our locations to preserve the team spirit.

      Fast growing company!

      Pros

      The company is customer centric, which is extremely valuable in a sales role. You get to work with top talent engineers who love to problem solve and are willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Fast-paced environment that operates efficiently so you aren't wasting time with internal processes.

      Cons

      Relatively flat organization, which has many pros. However, if you are looking specifically for a management role, this may not be the place for you.
