      Pros

      Working with great people: strong technical team and a wonderful sales and marketing team. Working closely with the Google Cloud Platform team. Helping leading companies with strong technical teams. Flexible working environment. Be there to be a part of the beginning and growth in the US.

      Cons

      Main HQ not in the US + some growing pains. Private company - no stock options / bonuses.

      Pros

      Working at DoIT is truly amazing. The best people, perks, great work-life balance and awesome company culture with lots of opportunities for growth. Being a DevOps engineer means you always have to be on the cutting edge and always advance with the technology as it moves forward, when you work for a company like DoIT International, you get to do exactly that because you help so many companies with so many various use cases. Every day you learn something new and the satisfaction of helping someone fills you up.

      I believe that DoiT International is one of the best places to work for talented engineers. The diversity of technical challenges we see is amazing and we get to work with some of the greatest engineering organizations across all geographies.

      Incredible engineering-focused company

      Pros

      In 10 years of working in high-tech, this is the most impressive group of engineers I've been around. They are obsessed with customer success and are both incredibly knowledgeable, as well as gracious with those they help. The company is highly efficient and lean, and has a proven history of helping customers move workloads to public cloud

      Cons

      I personally love it, but this is a company that makes their success on the talent of their engineers -- for those looking for the fluffy sales gig, this isn't it. If you want to work closely with tech-minded and enabled individuals, this is your spot.

      That's valuable feedback! As we continue to grow our sales organization, I believe there will be more diverse sales roles. We do plan to keep the incredible engineering culture though ;-)
