Pros
It is never boring, there is a huge diversity of technologies, customers and specialties, due to that you rarely left out of date as with each encounter you learn new technologies. The vibe in the company is great, everyone assists everyone to get things done. There is a sense of general freedom, it is up to you to manage your projects and time. And it is always fun to work for one of the leading Cloud Consulting companies global wide :)
Cons
Well, same as the above :), dealing with a broad spectrum of technologies require agility and fast pacing, think on your feet approach which may not suit every person.
