Thank you for sharing. We definitely try to listen to the universe while balancing what we hear with as much input and transparent discussion with our team members as possible. Our global team of Cloud Architects are quite simply the best in the business, and we are incredibly grateful to the opportunity to work with each and every one of them. Updating our service models in the wake of partner program changes will allow our Cloud Architects to focus on support and consulting opportunities that are the best use of their time, while more basic queries get the best automated support option on the market. This change did require us to reorganize our teams as a necessary part of running our business responsibly and efficiently. The change also ensures we can raise the bar of human intelligence available from our Cloud Architecture team, while also allowing us to continue provide a stellar automated support experience for our DoiT Cloud Intelligence Essentials customers at no additional cost.
