      The founders and leadership in this company are amazing people. This place is different from any other place I worked for in the right way. You're given the trust and freedom to get your work done with assistance available at any time. It is really up to you how well you do. -The talent here is TOP and has no competition. If you don't believe me, check the LIVE support stats posted on the DoiT website. -Recently, the company has expanded dramatically but still feels personal. -Trust from the employer and your team you will complete your work -The team is available at all times for clients and internal staff -People I work with are from all walks of life and are amazing -Your effort is appreciated Simply Said, it's a place you want to be.

      great place for late in career. not great for early or mid

      office is dirty, very little amount of real life connections with co-workers. with so much revenue and investments, little to no perks and the stuff young people look for in a startup

With an average age of just 29 across the company, we believe DoiT International presents a great opportunity for people of all ages. The company has just rolled out a stock option plan in the aggregated value of US$70M to US$130M which is one of the best on the market in our industry. Having said that, we recommend having a conversation with your direct manager or with anyone on the management team about what additional perks you'd like to see in our company.
