Pros
1. You get a chance to truly wake up in the morning and apply your best self to something you love 2. Constant learning, both about yourself, about technology and about what customer focus really means 3. People respect each other’s lives and want each other to succeed so the company can succeed 4. We don’t take ourselves too seriously even though we work on seriously topics
Cons
1. I really can’t think of any cons but if I’m pressed to: It is not a con but a natural progression towards a larger company where processes sometimes might feel chaotic or under development. Bear with this as we grow.
