Pros

Working at DoiT for the past 3.5 years has been one of the most meaningful seasons of my life. I joined as a new face in IT, unsure of what lay ahead - and I leave with not only a wealth of professional growth, but a heart full of gratitude. This company didn’t just support my work, it supported me through two pregnancies, big transitions, and all the unpredictable turns life can take, I was met with understanding, flexibility, and true kindness. My manager was the kind of leader you hope to find but rarely do - someone who trusted me, challenged me, and always made space for my voice at the table. I was given opportunities to lead, build, solve, and create. I was never boxed in. I was always encouraged to stretch into what was next. Leaving was not an easy decision, but it was made easier by the incredible foundation this place gave me. It’s rare to walk away from a job with such deep appreciation. To anyone considering a role here: you won’t just find a position, you’ll find people who invest in you, listen to you, and cheer you on - even when your path takes you somewhere new.

Cons

As with any workplace, not every team dynamic was perfect, but it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

A once stable place starts to reinvent itself and applies startup mentality. Be prepared that ground might shift under you.

Pros

Work from home and fully remote. Solid vision for where the company wants to go. Kind people to work with. Strong focus on new pre-sales motion.

Cons

Post sales roles are not valued as highly with their new model. Some specific teams have no vision and no idea how to measure value. Non-sales teams take a backseat. In person events highly discouraged (unless you are on the Leadership Team of course).
