      - Was fortunate to be granted stock options when I joined which have since signifcantly grown in value. - First experience working for a remote company which gave me the freedom to travel and live outside an office/corporate environment.

      Cons

      - Was given a non-english speaking market to sell to which made it challenging to hit agressive sales quotas.
