We strive to be incredibly transparent with our our employees with monthly all-hands meetings, transparent financial updates as we complete each quarter, monthly "Ask Me Anything" sessions (and an Exec AMA slack channel) where employees can ask questions in real time or submit questions confidentially in advance, open door policies across the entire leadership team, along with regular cadences of departmental, team and 1:1 meetings. We try to be as proactive as we can about sharing information in real time, and all key meetings are recorded on our wiki so anyone can review or revisit content asynchronously.
