The trust and freedom of action you’re being given from day 1. Working with a very professional highly skilled team, that yet manages to stay fore and foremost humble and welcoming. The constant efforts at keeping and improving the communication across the whole company at every level (weekly PPPs, dedicated public channels to reach out to the executives, …). Competitive package. I never much cared about these “values” or “culture” speeches in the past (most of it is usually bs), until I was able to experience actual implementations over at Doit. That’s how good it gets.

Coming into DoiT was a seamless process. The interview experience was incredible, I was informed of each step along the way and had an understanding of who I was meeting with each step forward and what was expected of me. The interview process moved along very quickly, and I was kept in the loop the entire time. The DoiT team makes you feel like family coming in the door, and everyone I've interacted with has been so personal and welcoming. I'm beyond excited to be a part of this growing team and to be a pioneer in driving the business!!!
