      Each day is unique. You get to deal with the cutting edge cloud tech. Work with many start ups and help them to work better in the cloud. Always leaning good work life balance .

      Cons

      You need to be a self motivated and learner, not everyone is up to the challenge.

      Pros

      Working with great people: strong technical team and a wonderful sales and marketing team. Working closely with the Google Cloud Platform team. Helping leading companies with strong technical teams. Flexible working environment. Be there to be a part of the beginning and growth in the US.

      Cons

      Main HQ not in the US + some growing pains. Private company - no stock options / bonuses.

      Leadership always makes sure I got everything I need to perform my duties: training, tools, support. They are always making sure life/work balance is right.

      Cons

      Some procedures are just being put in place so they may take a bit to be completed.
