      Pros

      The best part about working at DoiT is the people. Since starting, I've always felt that the people around me weren't just here to support, but wanted to see me succeed too. There's a feeling that when one person wins, the whole team wins.

      Cons

      When a company is growing as quickly as DoiT is, things change every week. While this can be exciting, it presents it's own challenges especially in the form of processes and best practices. But DoiT understand this and continue to work to improve.

      Great company and team to work with

      Pros

      100% remote, good pay, great work/life balance, amazing team members, great opportunity, strong culture, considerate leadership, challenging work, ton of transparency and autonomy.

      Cons

      The company is making changes to strengthen its long term strategy and differentiate itself from other cloud parters with a stronger emphasis on product and services. Most people seem to be adapting ok and its not that big of a change, but its not always easy.
