Pros

DoiT is a fantastic place to work, with supportive and collaborative colleagues and a company culture that truly stands out. You have a say in tool selection, especially within the quality team, which has recently upgraded to modern UI and API testing tools that are now being used to their full potential. Thoughtful perks like anniversary meals and a monthly insurance allowance make employees feel genuinely valued, and the strong sense of teamwork makes coming to work enjoyable.

Cons

At times, speed is prioritized over quality, which may not always lead to the best outcomes.

Pros

DoiT has been a major cloud reseller and is in an exciting phase of evolving from a services-led model toward a more product-focused company. The direction feels right, and it’s a great environment for people who enjoy learning quickly, adapting, and building new things during a period of change. The senior leadership team is strong, and the company has built a solid remote culture—collaboration across countries and time zones is a normal part of how teams work.

Cons

As with any global, fast-growing organization, communication can sometimes take a few hops to land clearly across regions and teams, especially as priorities move quickly. In that setup, having a strong local manager makes a big difference—someone who can translate context, remove ambiguity, represent the team well, and keep day-to-day work running smoothly. The overall experience can vary depending on how that local leadership operates, because they’re often the bridge between the wider company and what teams actually need on the ground. For teams based in smaller hubs like Singapore, it can take a bit more effort to stay visible across the wider organization, so having consistent ways to share progress and recognize contributions across regions would be helpful. Similarly, health insurance for smaller teams like Singapore could be strengthened over time to better match expectations in the market.

Rare skill breadth and real ownership, but understand the phase

Pros

I've personally had a very positive experience at DoiT. It's a strong place to learn, especially if you're motivated, curious, flexible, and open to change, and want exposure to real-world problems at scale. If you're solution-oriented and collaborative, you'll likely thrive here. The people are smart, collaborative, and generally well-intentioned. There's meaningful ownership, and you're trusted to operate like an adult rather than being micromanaged. The skill breadth is unique: cloud, AI, product design, consulting, and customer relationship management across thousands of real use cases - a combination rarely available in a single role and highly transferable across the industry. If you lean in, you can grow quickly.

Cons

Like most companies in tech right now, DoiT is not in a "honeymoon" or hyper-growth phase like it was several years ago. The past few years have been more challenging, both for the company and the industry as a whole. Leadership has had to make difficult decisions, and that inevitably changes the energy and pace at times. Having worked at multiple companies, I've seen this pattern repeatedly, and every organization goes through cycles. What's challenging now isn't unique to DoiT, and I understand that the pressure has been felt at every layer. Relative to my other experiences, DoiT is handling these changes as thoughtfully as possible, given the broader market conditions. Promotions and rapid title progression may not be as readily available in this phase, but that doesn't mean your growth needs to slow. There is still a significant opportunity to grow through expanded scope, learning, ownership, and navigating real complexity.
