Pros

Remote work Great collaborative mindset across the board with just about every single person I've spoken with Full mandate (and investment) from management to grow through SaaS products Balanced build and buy mindset showcased in new products and acquisitions to grow fast All in all, this is one hell of a place to experience both a startup and an established company at the same time

Cons

Remote work (both a pro and a con depending on what you're looking for) Not exactly a con, but the company is in a market with some good competition, if you can take the heat and stay cool headed under pressure this is a good place for you to create an impact and grow. It is an established company with certain areas of the product are in startup mode so be sure you understand what is expected of you. This isn't a 9-9-6 place in any way shape or form, but it also isn't Oracle or IBM :)

Pros

Everyone is heard Access to all levels Ability to grow and learn the latest technologies A culture of collaboration and value True 'fail fast, learn quickly' mentality

Cons

Business direction changes can sometimes cause an unsettling balance. However this is typical of a small fast paced business. You must be adaptable and resilient to change.

A lot of ownership and very little micromanagement

Pros

DoiT gives people real agency; there’s very little micromanagement, and you’re expected to own your domain and make decisions, not wait for approval on every step. That trust goes both ways and makes the work more satisfying. The people are smart, practical, and genuinely care about customers. Leadership is also unusually transparent about business metrics and the overall health of the company, which is refreshing for a company at this stage. Remote-first actually works here because expectations are clear and people are treated like adults.

Cons

Priorities can shift quickly and the pace can feel intense at times. Processes are still evolving, which can create ambiguity if you prefer highly structured environments. You need to be comfortable with change and with building while flying.
