-taken advantage of - you are made to do the work of 5 employees while other employees get away with literally standing around on their phone -disorganized management -double standards - huge differences in allotted break times, attire, lateness policy, etc for employees at the same level. example: i was reprimanded for being ONE MINUTE late ONE TIME while another employee got away with being over an hour late on multiple occasions with no excuse and no repercussions
