Pros

Fast paced, theres always something to do. Pay is ok.

Cons

No flexibility whats so ever even though its advertised. Pay is only worth it if you work full time but they only hire part time. Even though your part time, youre expected to pick up shifts when they want it, if you dont you lose hours (plays into the full time and part time), training is a mess, log ins never work, getting enrolled to clock in is a nightmare. Youre expected to be seen and not heard by management (store manager and up.) Specific store i worked for in mount morris is hostile*store management and up*, moving up in the company is a no go unless you know them, friendly with them or by chance get a good boss.
