Pros

They will give you plenty of hours

Cons

They treat you like you are human chattel; indispensable and there are no benefits to speak of. You will work with a bunch of high schoolers and the location is one big revolving door of constantly new people, so that if you stay any length of time it feels like you are the one being punished.

Pros

1 free coffee a day

Cons

6+ hours lone working As manager the salary is good BUT you often end up going over your hours (can be like 60+ hours per week) with no way of claiming money or time back due to lack of staff Barebones staff and upper management won't allow you to hire more people and will micromanage your rota even if you KNOW it will be busy
