Pay not that great

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Shows employees that they care (from corporate office) most dunkin donuts are franchises, the one I work for shows employee appreciation. Company I work for has ok benefits

Cons

Pay is not that great for the work load and stress level. Depended on the company you work for. Assistant managers maybe make 20k a year that's including tips and are expected to do everything their managers do and they make much more.

Don't Go Anywhere

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible Schedule, good first job. Once you become a shift leader or manager there is nowhere else for you to go from there.

Cons

No ability to move up unless you franchise a location for yourself. Really no regular pay increase. I was there for 4 years and only made 65 cents more in that time.

Pros

Free drinks and food when corporate isn't there. Tips can be good sometimes.

Cons

Insufficient training. Management needs to help the new employees more instead of leaving them alone up front on the register. You won't know what your schedule is like the next week until Saturday.
