Pros

Tips are great Manager is nice workers are ok Everyday is different For the most part the job is simple. It just takes awhile to learn everything but nothing over the top! You make sandwiches coffee, coolattas, lattes etc. You clean, throw out the trash, restock, refill and and do inventory. A little much for minimum wage but overall with the tips combined it's a great first job. It just depends of the manager , workers and what customers you get. Everyday is different!

Cons

A lot to learn Standing all day Rude customers No breaks No overtime You occassionally get a customer that isn't sastisfied with anything, and expects a little too much. One moment there will be nobody in the store and next you have a line leading outside the door of the store and people get restless. Slightly stressful. There are no breaks. It's terrible when other coworkers are slacking and you need to pick up their slack so that you wont fall behind and get in trouble for their actions. One major thing about dunkin donuts is that there is no overtime even if you go above 40 hours in a week. Those extra hours gets counted intto your next pay check. Which is somwhat great if you work less then the week before but overall it slightly annoys me.
