Pros

Simple work that is easy to keep as long as you show up, do your job, and try not to make the customers angry. Promotion is available rather easy and does not require much of a degree to become a manager or shift leader.

Cons

No Respect. Customers don't respect you, depending on your store employees change on almost a weekly basis because the work is so simple, so the management doesn't respect you. Something to expect with such large a chain.

Pros

tips, decent customers, good practice in customer service

Cons

no benefits of any kind, nowhere near decent pay for work required-this includes manager positions, owners incredibly rude and condescending.
