Pros

They have an excellent training program and keep you informed of product changes. Management was also very competent and fair with employees. They pay pretty average. Great place to work as a younger person especially just part time for the summer. Tips were very nice too. Also, all the free food you want on the clock was a huge plus!

Cons

It was pretty busy at my store location. Also, expect to work with a lot of foreigners at the Hampton Beach location. If you aren't very understanding, it can be tough to work with them, but they are good employees in general.

Pros

Very fun place to work where you actually get to create things. While your experience depends on the franchise, mine was very positive.

Cons

My pay was very low -- given my college education and experience, I had expected more. Luckily employees got to keep their tips.
