Pros

This was a great place to build a career and a good company for loyal employees. I would have worked here as long as they needed me.

Cons

There are some very long days and long hours at times. I didn't always get my lunch break on those days.

Pros

I'm a Store Manager for a local franchisee here in Connecticut and have been treated with nothing but respect and dignity. The training program I've been been in has been excellent and informative, and the franchisee has been generous with compensation. There is a lot of opportunity for me here because we're growing and opening new stores. Like I said, your experience with Dunkin Donuts will entirely depend on how your franchisee owners run their business. The crew I work with is great and sales are high. Overall, very satisfied.

Cons

The biggest downside? I work 6 days a week...enough said. In addition, Dunkin offers absolutely NO benefits...they're left up to the franchise to take care of and as a result, they're very expensive.

Pros

I worked here for a part time job to make extra money on the weekends. The best part of it was that along with the paycheck i got every week, I also was able to come home with tups after every shift. My coworkers were friendly and easy to get along with, I was able to have fun on the job with them and also made some friends. I got along with my manager and she generally treated us fairly. I liked that i was able to make connections with regular customers. I stayed there for a couple years and I don't have many complaints. For that time in my life I was satisfied.

Cons

The only outright downside of working there was dealing with some customers. Anyone who has ever worked in retail of food service knows what I mean. There are always customers who complain almost no matter what you give them. I didn't have much room to grow either. Pretty much the only option was to move up from being a crew member to a shift leader which was not much of a change. There was not much of an increase in pay either. There were a couple people who were difficult to work with as well and although i got along with most of my coworkers some were very difficult.
