Pros

Work alone or with no more than 3 other employees Do job, when done, get to leave even if scheduled longer- unless asked to stay remainder of shift which has never happened. Depending on the store you work, Managers are nice, rarely complain to overnight baker- they just expect you to show up on time and do your job.

Cons

Most crew members are not pleasant and enjoy gossip, and starting trouble. Low paying job. Not enough hours per week to earn enough money to support yourself Managers do not properly do their job and there is no one to file a formal complaint with, and if you do, you will be fired.

Pros

Fast paced working environment. For the most part everyone worked like a team. It was a steady income.

Cons

The downsides were all managerial. The managers were very mean and didnt ever "manage" anything. Most of them would just sit in the office and pretend like nothing was going on and avoid fixing problems. The owners were also similar. They did not often come into check the stores or the employees.
