Pros

Free coffee. I can’t find 20 words to write so therefore I’m just going to blabber in and explain why I’m blabbering on :)

Cons

Worst management in my life, no empathy for employees they don’t take time out of their day to make sure that they’re guiding their employees and shaping them instead of treating them like dirt.

Pros

Flexible shift. Free lunch and coffee, depending on the leniency of the franchise owner. Or 50% for employee meals while working a shift.

Cons

Maintenance minimum wages. Most of time manager deduct your hours to keep labour cost low.
